About Us

IJORO  is International  "peer-review" and "refereed"  journal with ISSN 2231-4741. It is the process through which experts in the field of study judge the quality of articles that are submitted to a journal for publication. Every manuscript is reviewed usually by two reviewers familiar with the relevant field of research. The Journal welcomes the submission of manuscripts that meet the general criteria of significance and academic excellence.  Our readers are researchers, students, academics and increasingly professionals. We providing world-class information and innovative tools that help them make critical decisions, enhance productivity and improve outcomes. International Journal of Operations Research and Optimization (IJORO) aims to advance the understanding and practice of Operational Research (OR) and Optimization Science internationally. IJORO will act as a platform to encourage further research in OR, Optimization and their applications. IJORO publishes original papers, review papers, technical notes, and book reviews. Special Issues devoted to important topics in operational research and optimization will occasionally be published.

Preparation of manuscript
Language: Please write your text in good English.
Submission to this journal proceeds totally online and you will be guided stepwise through the creation and uploading of your files.  Please note that  manuscript should submitted  in PDF and word processor both , these source files are needed for further processing after acceptance. All correspondence, including notification of the Editor's decision and requests for revision, takes place by e-mail.
Submit your article
Please submit your article via http://www.aacsjournals.com/instructionforsubmission.php
  • If you are Using  of word processing software
It is important that the file be saved in the native format of the word processor used. The text should be in single-column format. Keep the layout of the text as simple as possible. Most formatting codes will be removed and replaced on processing the article. In particular, do not use the word processor's options to justify text or to hyphenate words. However, do use bold face, italics, subscripts, superscripts etc. Do not embed "graphically designed" equations or tables, but prepare these using the word processor's facility. When preparing tables, if you are using a table grid, use only one grid for each individual table and not a grid for each row. If no grid is used, use tabs, not spaces, to align columns. Preferably embed all figures and tables into the text file and upload as one complete file. If the size of the complete file is too large to be uploaded, then upload figures and tables separately.
  • Length of article
Articles should be as concise as possible. Regular articles should not exceed 25 standard manuscript pages and short communications should not exceed 12 standard manuscript pages, including tables and figures. A standard manuscript page is A4 or letter size, text with 1.5 line spacing, 12 pt font and ample margins. In exceptional cases the Editors may waive this requirement. Supplementary material is allowed, which will be available in e-version only.
  • Subdivision - numbered sections
Divide your article into clearly defined and numbered sections. Subsections should be numbered 1.1 (then 1.1.1, 1.1.2, ...), 1.2, etc. (the abstract is not included in section numbering). Use this numbering also for internal cross-referencing: do not just refer to 'the text'. Any subsection may be given a brief heading. Each heading should appear on its own separate line.

Scope of Journal

Modeling and optimization have become an essential function of researchers and practitioners. New theory development in operations research and their applications in new economy and society have been limited. In the information intensive society and economy, decisions are made based on the analysis of data available. Operations research techniques and models need to be integrated with computers for the purpose of analysis, optimization and application in decision making. This development has led the researchers and practitioners to look for new operational research models and their applications in global economy and society. For this purpose, the modeling and optimization have become a paramount important. The International  Journal of Operational Research and Optimization  (IJORO) publishes high quality, original papers, review papers, technical notes, and book reviews that contribute to the methodology of operational research (OR) and to the practice of decision making .IJORO will act as a platform to encourage further research in OR, Optimization and their applications. IJORO  help to  professionals, academics, researchers and practitioners, working in the field of operations research theory and applications in the rise economy and society, to discuss of important thought , concepts and expand  information . Timely published Special Issues devoted to important topics in operational research and optimization will occasionally be published.
